Do you have what it takes?

RAID 2019 is a 330 mile, 24-hour, bike ride/race across Iowa that starts in Sioux City and ends in Dubuque. In order to complete the race in the allotted time, riders must maintain an average speed of 14 mph.

For those not quite ready to tackle the full 330 miles, there’s also the RAID Half. Riders can choose to ride the ~148 miles from Sioux City to Webster City, or ~182 miles from Webster City to Dubuque.
